Operatives of the Nigeria Police Force have again been accused of assault, after  they brutalised the security guard of a hotel in Abuja, the federal capital territory.

Naija News learnt that the security guard whose name was not revealed was brutalized by the policemen after he demanded from them a warrant to search a hotel where he worked.

A netizen [@KingTradR] who shared the video of the incident on Twitter on Monday, October 19, noted that people that were around the scene rushed the officers and were able to get hold of the officer behind the brutality while the others escaped.

The Twitter user shared; “This same Abuja, happened a couple of days back. They beat up the security guard cos he asked for a warrant and why they came to search the hotel. People gathered and caught the one that did it and locked him in the hotel. (na him sit for ground for corner) the rest ran. #EndSARS.”
