Attempt To Declare Saraki As Nigeria President Causes Uproar On Social Media

Naija News yesterday reported about the attempt by Nigerian senators to declare Senator Bukola Saraki as the President of the federal republic of Nigeria.

Senator Eyinanya Abaribe (Abia South), had raised a motion that the country had no President or Acting President at the moment, adding that, President Muhammadu Buhari and Professor Yemi Osinbajo were neither in the country, as at the time.

Nigerians on social media did not find the attempt funny and it has hence been generating heat online:
