FG declares Friday as Eid-Maulud public holiday
Friday declared public holiday by FG.
The Federal Government has announced Friday as public holiday to mark the Eid-el-Maulud celebration.
The Minister of Interior, Lt Gen. Abdulrahman Dambazau (retd.), made the announcement on Wednesday, in a statement by the Permanent Secretary in the ministry, Abubakar Magaji.
“The minister wishes Nigerians a happy Eid-El-Maulud celebration,” he said.

He therefore, enjoined all Muslim faithful to pray for peace, progress and unity of the nation.
He also urged all Nigerians to support President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration towards nation building.
