Presidency Confirms Release Of Dapchi Girls
The presidency has confirmed the release of Dapchi school girls in Yobe state, Wednesday morning.
According to the presidency, the girls are already in custody of the Department of State Services and further information would be provided in the course of the day.
Details about the released Dapchi girls will be made available in due course. The girls are now in the custody of the Department of State Services (DSS), in Dapchi.
The DSS will be briefing the President and the nation in the course of the day.

Naija News learnt their abductors drove into the center of the town and dropped off the girls without any exchange of gunfire and the abductors made a get away.
105 girls have so far been confirmed safely returned and are undergoing medical check up.
Unfortunately, there are reports that about five of the kidnapped girls died due to the stress and discomfort encountered while in the custody of their abductors.
