Ex-Governor Oshiomhole Declares Chairmanship Ambition
A former governor of Edo State, Adams Oshiomhole, has formally declared his intention to contest for the chairmanship position of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The former labour leader who made his declaration earlier today in Abuja promised to re re-branded Party and reconcile all grievances within parties within the shortest available space of time.
Mr Oshiomhole, however, enjoys the support of President Muhammadu Buhari. He is also believed to enjoy the support of a leader of the APC, Bola Tinubu; thus putting him in good stead to emerge chairman.
Naija News also garthered that the Chairman, Senate Committee on Local and Foreign Debt, Sen. Shehu Sani,on has pulled his support for Oshiomhole declaring him as the best man to reposition the party and end its internal disorder.
According to his twit, “Comrade Oshiomole is the best man to reposition the party,end its civil war,Cold War,internal disorder,anomie,morass and paralysis.
“The party is presently led by captains who have lost both control and confidence and Referees and Linesmen whose whistle and flags are not respected by the players. I wish the comrade the best of luck.”
