IGP Ibrahim Idris Allegedly Struggles Through Public Speech

A video showing the Inspector General of Police, Ibrahim Idris having troubles reading a speech during a public event, has recently gone viral on the internet.

The incident reportedly happened on Monday, May 14 during the commissioning of the police technical intelligence unit in the state.

The Police chief was seen in the video stuttering and repeatedly battling with words such as transmission, commission and recommendation.
