Osinabjo Visits Nasarawa State
Vice President Yemi Osinbajo is currently visiting Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) Camps in various locations in Nasarawa state as part of efforts to find lasting solutions to security challenges in the area.
The Vice President is accompanied on his visit by Governor Tanko Al-Makura.
Osinbajo assured the people that the federal government is working towards getting more relief materials for those affected and ultimately settling them back to their locations.

VP discloses that the Govs of Nassarawa & Benue will come together in a meeting with their security councils to find lasting solutions to the farmers/herders clashes. The VP himself will be at the meeting

Speaking to the Idps in Awe LG area, VP says President Buhari asked him to come see the situation & check welfare of the people here. He says more relief materials are brought to the Idps while govt makes arrangement for their return and restoration.
