In accordance with the Islamic tradition the Moon has been sighted in Nigeria, hence National Moonsighting Comittee have announced through its twitter handle

Naija News recalls that celebrations and felicitations  of Eid Mubarak have been going on in readiness and anticipation of the moon.

Meanwhile Muslims await the pronouncement of Sultan of Sokoto Alhaji Muhammad Sa’ad Abubakar.
