Atiku Reacts To FG Cancellation Of Kwankwaso Campaign Venue
Former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar, has reacted to the cancellation of an approval granted Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso to declare his intention for presidency at the Eagle Square.
Naija News had reported yesterday that Federal Capital Territory Administration(FCTA) turned down Kwankwaso’s earlier approved request to use the Eagles Square.
However, reacting to the development, Atiku berated Federal Government for the action, which he described as unfortunate.
Atiku noted that President Muhammadu Buhari declared his presidential intention at Eagle Square On October 15, 2014, which was a working day with no hindrance whatsoever.
“The last minute cancellation of an approval granted @RMKwankwaso is unfortunate. On October 15, 2014, under the @officialPDPNig led administration, then presidential aspirant; @MBuhari, declared for President at Eagle Square with no hindrance whatsoever. This was a work day.” Atiku tweeted
