2019: See How Omokri Reacted To Claims By Buhari That His Certificates Are Still With The Military

Reno Omokri, former presidential aide to ex-president Goodluck Jonathan, has reacted to recent claims by President Muhammadu Buhari that his academic certificates are still in custody of the military.

As earlier reported by Naija News, President Buhari did not attach his certificates as supporting documents submitted to INEC to contest 2019 presidential elections, insisting that they were in the custody of the military.

In the affidavit which he swore to , Buhari said , “I am the above named person and the deponent of this affidavit herein. All my academic qualification documents as filled in my Presidential form , APC/ 001 / 2015 are currently with the Secretary of the Military Board as of the time of this affidavit.”

However, in his reaction, Omokri claimed if Buhari truly possessed any academic certificate, he has had ample time since the 2015 general elections to retrieve it from the military.

Buhari is the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress for the 2019 election.
