Europa League: Arsenal Reveal Four Players That Will Miss Napoli Match

Arsenal have disclosed four players that won’t be making the trip to Napoli for the second leg quarter-final clash against Napoli on Thursday night.

According to a press statement by the club, Denis Suarez, Hector Bellerin, Rob Holding and Danny Welbeck will all miss the Europa League clash due to injury.

Naija News recalls Arsenal defeated Napoli 2-0 in the first leg of their quarter-final clash at the Emirates Stadium last week Thursday.

“Denis Suarez has a groin injury which has seen the Arsenal midfielder remain in London, while defenders Hector Bellerin and Rob Holding are continuing their rehabilitation from long-term absences.

“The other man missing for the Gunners is forward Danny Welbeck. He is stepping up his training at the minute but is nowhere near ready for a return to the side, certainly not for a match of this magnitude,” the statement read.

The kick-off time for the match is 8pm at the Sao Paolo stadium in Italy.
