Twitter Reactions As Meghan Markle Gives Birth To A Baby Boy
Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, gave birth to a baby boy on Monday with her husband, Prince Harry by her side, Naija News understands.
In a statement released on Monday, Buckingham Palace said: “The Duchess went into labour in the early hours of this morning. The Duke of Sussex was by Her Royal Highnesses’ side. An announcement will be made soon.”
The baby weighed seven pounds and six ounces, about 3.3kg.
The baby is going to be seventh-in-line to the throne.
Markle, the 37-year-old American actress before marrying Prince Harry, was reported to have chosen a female-led medical team for her delivery alongside her mother, Doria Ragland.
