Reno Omokri Tenders Solution To Violence Against Women

Former Presidential Aide and campaigner of #FreeLeahSharibu, Reno Omokri on Tuesday took out time to give tips on how to end domestic violence among women.

Naija News reports that Omokri took to his handle on the micro-blogging site, @Renoomokri on twitter to advise women on the best ways to totally avoid domestic violence in their homes.

Omokri said there was a need for the women to differentiate between the husband who confesses love to them from the husband who acts love with them before embarking into marriage.

He said because love is an action word, women should always pick their choice from the action and not from mere words of mouth.

In his small piece of advice to women, Omokri said; “Dear women,

There may be SEVERE PAINS ahead if you marry a man who TELLS you that he loves you.

But there WILL be INTENSE JOY ahead if you marry a man who SHOWS you that he loves you.

Don’t go for word of MOUTH. Love is not a NOUN. It is a VERB”
