Twitter Reactions As FFK Threatens To Move The Motion For Yoruba Nation
Nigerian lawyer and the former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani Kayode has issued new threats to move for Yoruba Oduduwa’s independence from Nigeria just like his father did for Nigeria in 1958.
Naija News understands that the former minister of aviation made his intentions known just after ex-president Olusegun Obasanjo and Catholic Arch Bishop Cardinal Okogie aired their fears regarding the alleged Fulanization agenda as well.
On August 2nd 1958 my father, Chief Remi Fani-Kayode, successfully moved the motion for Nigeria's independence from British colonial rule.
If the Fulanisation and Islamisation agenda continues I shall move the motion for Oduduwa's independence from Nigerian colonial rule.

Meanwhile, the statement of the elder statesman on his twitter handle has however generated several reactions. Here are some of the reactions as follows.
Enerharo and Akintola moved the motion for Independence in 1953 and 1957, both attempts failed. Fani-K (Snr) attempt in 1958 was successful and April 1960 was proposed as the independence day, but Balewa asked for an extension in 1959 and the Union jack was lowered on Oct 1 1960

This is the best time to think rationally and audaciously. I'm in my thoughts since 3am about country where nothing works.

You are truly the son of your father and he will be very proud of your intention and praying 🙏 for your success!

The way and manner @MBuhari is running #Nigerian, I would also not hesitate to say such a motion from @realFFK if need be, would be a healthy development for our much fragmented democracy

Agreed but your father was the genesis of our problems as a country. He should have allowed us to remain with the British then. Our growth and development would have surpassed what we have now. We were simply not ready for independence as at the time the motion was moved sir.

When up to three regions do such declarations, Fulanisation will end because there will be no Nigeria to use as weapon into killing innocent people.

Ironically, the Oduduwa's support for Buhari ensured that the Fulanization and Islamization continue for the next 4 years. If in doubt ask @AsiwajuTinubu and his bullion vans of billions of rigging cash! pic.twitter.com/dEiSjQtW99
