Breaking: Herdsmen Attack Imo State, Shoot Sporadically

Suspected Fulani herdsmen on Wednesday attacked Obokofia, in Ohaji/Egbema local government area of Imo state.

A source told Vanguard that the community had asked the herdsmen to stop grazing on their farmlands and that their cattle are destroying their crops.

In a bid to scare away members of the community from forcing them out of the area. the herdsmen began shooting sporadically.

At the time of filing this report, no life was lost but farmers working in the area at the time the incident happened ran away for safety.
