Minimum Wage: NLC Postpones Meeting With House Committee, See Why
Due to ongoing negotiation between Labour union and the federal government over national minimum wage, the earlier scheduled meeting for 2pm between the Nigerian Labour Congress (NLC) and the House of Representatives Committee on Labour has been postponed
The meeting was initially scheduled to hold at the National Assembly complex, however through a letter, the NLC wrote to the committee, it said the federal government is having a meeting with them at the same time.
NLC had issued an ultimatum to the federal government over the delay in the implementation of the new N30, 000 minimum wage.
