NSCDC Speaks On Providing Security During Upcoming UTME Examinations
The Ondo state command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) has reiterated its commitment towards ensuring adequate security during and after the 2020 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) to curtail examination malpractice in the state.
Naija News reports that the new NSCDC State Commandant, Mrs. Christiana Abiakam-Omanu, made the pledge when she paid a familiarisation visit to the management of the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) in the Ondo State Chapter on Thursday, October 24 in Akure, the Ondo state capital.
Abiakam- Omanu, who explained that the synergy between NSCDC and JAMB had been long-lasting, said the command would get stronger, adding that the corps had keyed into the Federal Government anti-corruption fight.
