Nigerians React As Court Throws Out Dakolo’s Case Against Biodun Fatoyinbo
A High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, sitting at Bwari, has dismissed the sexual assault case filed by Busola Dakolo against Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA).
Naija News reports that the COZA pastor’s legal team had in an objection filed at the court restated that Busola’s claim were false and concocted.
Delivering judgment on Friday, Justice Oathman A. Musa, held that the matter amounts to injustice and an abuse of judicial process.
Justice Musa held that the case was purely sentimental and empty.
The court awarded costs of ₦1,000,000 against Busola Dakolo and held that the fine should have been 10 times more but resisted because there are women with legitimate claims.
Meanwhile, several Nigerians have reacted to the dismissal of the sexual assault case filed by Busola Dakolo against the COZA Senior Pastor.
Here are some reactions of Nigerians.
Update: Busola Dakolo V. Biodun Fatoyinbo. The clerk called the lawyers of Busola Dakolo late last night notifying them of the judge’s ruling on the preliminary objection today. As expected, a mockery of our processes and law was the case as the drama unfolds.

The judiciary is the biggest problem of Nigeria, if that aspect works perfectly every other thing will be curbed including police brutality and government high handedness.
