Nigerians React As Aisha Buhari Joins El-Rufai To Beg Kogi People Over Yahaya Bello

Buhari Begs On Behalf Of Bello

A storm of reactions has graced the social media pages, particularly the micro-blogging site, Twitter over the actions by some leaders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) to beg the people of Kogi State.

It will be recalled that Naija News earlier published that a video showing Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai, on his knees begging the people of the state to forgive Governor Yahaya Bello and elect him for a second term in office as Governor.

This happened on Thursday at the All Progressives Congress (APC) mega rally in Lokoja, the Kogi State capital.

Also in attendance at the rally were the First Lady, Dr. Mrs Aisha Buhari; wife of the Vice President, Mrs Dolapo Osinbajo; and the National Chairman of the APC, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole.

The First Lady during her speech also pleaded with the people of Kogi State to forgive any wrongdoing Gov. Bello might have done against the people of the state.

The actions have not gone unnoticed and have continued to generate reactions since the news hit the airwaves.
