Just In: Court Rules On Bayelsa PDP Guber Candidacy Tussle
A Federal High Court has affirmed Senator Douye Diri as the true candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the Bayelsa Governorship election.
Justice Tijani Ringim in a judgment which lasted for about two hours, dismissed the case that the Plaintiff failed to prove his case.
Naija News reports that the PDP’s congress was held on the 4th of September 2019.
