COVID-19 Lockdown: Don Jazzy Sends Funke Akindele A Heart Warming Message
Nigerian singer, songwriter and record producer, Don Jazzy, has in a series of tweet commended Nigerian Nollywood actress, Funke Akindele, better known as ‘Jenifa’ a name she earned from her character in her owned television series ‘Jenifa’s Diary, for her outrageousness despite the recent unpleasant incident with her.
Don Jazzy took to his verified Twitter handle on Wednesday morning to show his respect to the mother of twins who was recently charged to court by the Lagos State government for violating Coronavirus (COVID-19) lockdown order as issued by the governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu led administration.
The rich singer stated that he had always prayed that he will not make a mistake that will cost him his life or his reputation.
He, however, urged Funke Akindele not to be ashamed of the incident, noting that she had already made a mistake which nobody is above it, hence should keep up with her good hard work and reputation.
He tweeted:
#WCW I have always admired your talent and hard work but I have more respect for you now as a person. You made a mistake and you owned it. This takes courage and you have shown all of us that you are courageous. As humans, we must make mistakes. Only God is perfect. pic.twitter.com/7qlPrfr8FN

My prayer everyday is that I donāt make a mistake that will cost me my life or reputation. You have made yours and the whole world has seen. Thankfully, it didnāt cost you your life or anyone elseās. Just a tiny reputational damage that in my opinion you have already restored
