#Justice4Barakat Trends As Another Girl Gets Raped, Murdered In Ibadan

A few days ago, a 22 year old lady, Vera Uwaila Omozuwa, an100-level student of the University of Benin, was raped and brutally murdered by some men in Benin, after she had gone to read in a church.

Since then, several people around the country and the world have been clamouring for the the arrest of the culprits.

However, in the early hours of today, another rape incidence occurred.

This time, it involved an 18 year old lady, simply known as Barakat, who was said to have been raped and killed by her rapist in her home in Ibadan.

Nigerian have therefore taken to twitter to call for the apprehension of the rapists, as they use hashtags #NoisNo #EndRape #Justice4Barakat #Justice4Uwa amongst others
