Covid-19: Airports Cannot Open On June 21 As Earlier Promised – NCAA
The Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) has noted that the 21st of June earlier scheduled for resumption of domestic flights is no longer feasible date in the country.
This was made known by the Director-General of NCAA, Captain Musa Nuhu, who represented the Minister of Aviation, Hadi Sirika, during the press briefing of the Presidential Task Force (PTF) on COVID-19 in Abuja.
He noted that it would be a disaster if the country and aviation industry should open again on the appointed date.
Musa also another date of resumption would be Communicated, after proper appraisal of the situation and meeting with stakeholders.
