NCDC Reports 454 Cases Of Coronavirus In Nigeria, Breakdown Of Cases By State
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has reported fresh 454 cases of Coronavirus in Nigeria.
Naija News reports that the NCDC confirmed the new 454 cases of Coronavirus in Nigeria in a series of tweets on the micro-blogging site, Twitter on Friday evening, July 3.
According to the NCDC, of the four hundred and fifty-four new coronavirus cases recorded on Friday evening, 87 were recorded in Lagos, Nigeria’s commercial city, Edo-63 FCT-60 Ondo-41 Benue-32 Abia-31 Ogun-29 Oyo-19 Kaduna-17 Delta-16 Enugu-15 Borno-14 Plateau-9 Nasarawa-8 Kano-5 Bauchi-4 Gombe-2 Katsina-1 Kogi-1, north-central Nigeria.
The NCDC tweeted: “454 new cases of #COVID19Nigeria; Lagos-87 Edo-63 FCT-60 Ondo-41 Benue-32 Abia-31 Ogun-29 Oyo-19 Kaduna-17 Delta-16 Enugu-15 Borno-14 Plateau-9 Nasarawa-8 Kano-5 Bauchi-4 Gombe-2 Katsina-1 Kogi-1 27,564 confirmed 11,069 discharged 628 deaths,” the tweet added.

The development means the number of cases of coronavirus in Nigeria has risen to twenty-seven thousand, five hundred and sixty-four (27,564) with eleven thousand and sixty-nine (11,069) people discharged and six hundred and twenty-eight (628) deaths recorded.
