Ondo Assembly Suspends Deputy Speaker

The deputy speaker of Ondo  State house of assembly Hon Irioju Ogundeji have been placed on indefinite Suspension.

Naija News learnt that the deputy speaker Iroju and a member representing Ondo West, Rotimi Williams were suspended for unruly behaviour.

Deputy Speaker Iroju and Member representing Ondo West, Rotimi Williams were both seen outside of the hallowed chambers heckling other members while they addressed the press after the plenary session that led to the impeachment process of the Deputy Governor.

It will be recalled both lawmakers were among the nine lawmakers that kicked against impeachment move against Deputy Governor of the state, Hon Agboola Ajayi.
