Edo 2020: Obaseki Not A Threat To APC – Oshiomhole

The former National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, Adams Oshiomhole, on Sunday noted that the Governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Godwin Obaseki, is not a threat in the forthcoming governorship election in the state.
He further stated that the state Governor is not a threat to the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress and its candidate Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu.
The former Governor of Edo State stated this while speaking on Channels TV’s Sunday Politics while responding to a question about whether Obaseki’s popularity was a threat to his party.
“How can he be a threat? A man who is not even eligible to contest elections? How can a snail be a threat in a race where tigers are involved?.”
Recall that the Oshiomhole recently apologized to the people of Edo State for supporting Obaseki during the 2016 governorship election in the state.
