Just In: Edo 2020: Buhari Hands Over APC Flag To Ize-Iyamu At Aso Villa – [Photos]
The President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari on Friday, August 7, handed the All Progressive Congress (APC) flag to the party’s governorship candidate in Edo State, Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu.
This was revealed on the microblogging site account of the president’s Personal Assistant on New Media, Bashir Ahmad. Naija News understands that the event which took place at the Presidential Villa, Abuja, was witnessed by the Chairman, APC Caretaker, Governor Mai Mala Buni.
Also in attendance are Governor Abdullahi Ganduje of Kano, Governot Atiku Bagudu of Kebbi state.

This was coming after after the Chairman of Media Campaign Council of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Edo State, John Mayaki denied reports that members of the family of the party’s candidate, Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu endorsed Gov Godwin Obaseki.
