#OndoDecides2020: INEC Begins Media Accreditation Ahead Of October 10
The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has announced the accreditation of media houses for the Ondo State governorship election.
Naija News understands that the election is scheduled to hold on 10th October.
INEC, however, in a post on its verified Twitter account on Friday, September 25, warned that all media houses interested in covering reports during the election should submit their applications on or before 5:00 pm on October 1, 2020.
The tweet reads; “Breaking News: Media Accreditation for #OndoDecides2020 election is ongoing; late submission of applications will not be entertained as the portal will automatically shutdown @ 5:00 pm on 1st October 2020.”

Meanwhile, the All Progressive Congress in Ondo State has said that violence and act of thuggery is not a character of its party, hence, it would need no thugs or guns to win the forthcoming governorship elections in the state.
