Coronavirus: NCDC Confirms 126 New COVID-19 Cases In Nigeria
The Nigeria Center for Disease Control (NCDC) on Sunday evening, 27th September 2020, confirmed 126 new cases of coronavirus disease infection in Nigeria.
Naija News reports that the new cases of COVID-19 infection were confirmed via a statement on the official Twitter handle of the health agency.
The development brings the total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Nigeria to 58,198 which includes 49,722 discharged cases and 1,106 deaths.
Below is the breakdown of the latest cases according to states with FCT Abuja recording the highest number of new confirmed cases, followed by Lagos and Rivers State, south-south Nigeria.
