Senate President, Leadership Meet ASUU

Senate President Ahmed Lawan and other principal officers on Monday met with the leadership of the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU).

Naija News reports that the delegation of ASSU was led by its president, Prof. Biodun Ogunyemi.

The meeting which is being held behind closed-doors would discuss the alternative designed by ASUU to the Integrated Personnel Payroll System (IPPS)  by the Federal Government for the payment of civil servants’ salaries.
