Tears Flow As Family Mourn Nigerian Soldier Killed In Zamfara Attack

Family and friends of NAF Regiment James Okpu received the shocking news of his death in the early hours of Friday 25th June 2021.

Naija News gathered that close sources to the family alleged that suspected bandits attacked their Nigerian Airforce Camp in Zamfara State last night (Thursday 24th June 2022), killing all the men on ground.

James Okpu who hails from Imiringi Community, in Ogbia Local Government Area of Bayelsa State, same Local Government of former President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan will be missed by his family, as he was the breadwinner and was barely 24 years old at the time of his demise.

Taking to Facebook to mourn his demise, his friends wrote;

Bright Daguoapu Goodluck wrote; ‘The news of your death shock me like an electric shock from the transformer, I never envisioned that you’ll be gone so soon. It is very painful, this loss.. but what can we do. God giveth and he taketh.. rest in peace.. bro’

Sonia Maxwell wrote; ‘Ave always admired to feed home but couldn’t return. Oh death! How painful is thy sting’
