Qatar 2022: Cafu Reveals Why Brazil Will Win The World Cup

Former Brazil defender, Cafu has revealed why he thinks his country can win the FIFA World Cup in Qatar in 2022.

Naija News recalls that the Brazilian team took home the trophy in Sweden in 1958, Chile in 1962, Mexico in 1970, the USA in 1994, and Korea/Japan in 2002.

The Selecao is placed in Group C with Serbia, Switzerland, and Cameroon in the World Cup tournament.

Cafu, however, expressed his optimism that Brazil will take home the World Cup in an interview with Xinhua.

“I’m very excited and confident that the Brazil team will achieve great results at this World Cup.

“Brazil today is much more prepared and experienced. The team does not rely exclusively on a single player. Instead we have a group that makes him (Neymar) stand out.

“We have had very positive results and built up confidence, which is of utmost importance. I think Brazil has a great chance of winning,” he said.
