2023 Presidency: ‘Atiku, Peter Obi Have Nothing To Offer Nigeria’
A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Femi Adekambi, has claimed that the presidential candidates of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar, and Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi, have nothing to offer the country as President.
Speaking in Akure, the Ondo State capital on Friday, Adekambi said the two presidential candidates cannot offer Nigerian anything beyond mere rhetoric and lies.
The former Ondo Commissioner said the APC flagbearer, Bola Tinubu, has the competence and capacity to turn around the fortunes of the country if elected in 2023.
The member of the APC Presidential Campaign Council said Tinubu was a model governor in the way and manner he governed Lagos between 1999 to 2007.
He assured Nigerians that Tinubu would deploy his vast experience to reposition Nigeria if elected the president, adding that he is the best among the presidential candidates who could address the challenges of the country.
Adekambi, therefore, called on Nigerians to support the APC presidential candidate to win the forthcoming 2023 presidential election.
He said, “Atiku Abubakar and Peter Obi have nothing to offer Nigeria beyond mere rhetorics. The Tinubu presidential candidacy gladdens the hearts of many Nigerians. What we require now is for all Nigerians to rally support for him to succeed in his quest to become the next president of the country.”
“This man has helped many people to their desired positions and now, we should all rally round him and ensure that he succeeds in the next election.
“Tinubu was a model governor in the way and manner he governed Lagos, through sound and creative financial engineering and management, at a time he was denied the monthly allocation by the PDP led government then.
“Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu is the right man to reset Nigeria because all the issues are clear to him.”
