Popular media personality, Daddy Freeze, has reacted to the speed at which Nigerian female disc jockey, DJ Cuppy, got engaged to her fiance, Ryan Taylor, after 25 days of meeting each other.

Naija News earlier reported that Cuppy took to her social media handle on Monday night, to reveal that she met her boo only 25 days before their engagement.

This has sparked outrage online with several Nigerians expressing their views and Daddy Freeze has weighed in on the issue.

In a video shared online, Daddy Freeze expressed surprise at how Cuppy fell in love and got engaged to a man she met barely a month.

Making a joke about the issue, the media personality noted that such kind of love will result in ‘English Breakfast’

However, Freeze clarified that he is not implying that things will not work out or go on smoothly between Cuppy and Ryan.

Tems Bags Golden Globe Nomination

Meanwhile, Nigerian singers, Waje and Yemi Alade hailed their colleague, Tems after she was revealed as one of the nominees of the Golden Globe Awards.

Tems was nominated for her songwriting efforts in the song “Lift Me Up”, a lead single for the “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever” soundtrack.

The Nigerian music star was nominated under the Best Original Song Category alongside Rihanna, Ryan Coogler, and Ludwig Goransson.
