Breakdown: List Of States Where 2023 Election Might Be Greatly Manipulated

The Ondo State branch of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has received 3,933 Bimodal Voters Accreditation System (BVAS) in preparation of the 2023 general election.

Naija News reports that the Ondo State Resident Electoral Commissioner (REC), Amb. Rufus Akeju revealed that the BVAS machines alongside some other sensitive and insensitive materials have been received by the commission in the state.

According to him, other items received by the commission in the state includes 5,329 ballot boxes, 23,598 sleeping mats, among others.

The Ondo State REC disclosed the development during a press briefing at the commission’s headquarters at Alagbaka in Akure, the state capital.

Akeju disclosed that more polling units have been created in the state for easy access by voters during the next year’s polls.

He appealed to the people of the state to collect their Permanent Voters’ Cards (PVC) at various wards in the state

He stated that “The following sensitive and non- sensitive election materials have so far been taken delivery of in Ondo State. BVAS, 3,933, Ballot Boxes, 5,329, Sleeping Mats, 23,598, Gum, 4,130 and Voting Cubicles 2,224.”
