2023: Labour Party Vice Presidential Candidate, Datti Baba-Ahmed Votes

The Vice presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Yusuf Datti Baba Ahmed has cast his vote in the ongoing presidential and national assembly elections.

Naija News reports Datti cast his vote around 10.40am at polling unit 021 Kofar gidan Iro kaya tudun wada Zaria in Kaduna State.

He applauded INEC’s arrangements and the early commencement of the election.

Meanwhile, voting has not yet started in two polling units of Matsirga and Aturung in Zangon Kataf LGA of Kaduna state.

Speaking on phone with Daily Trust, a resident of Matsirga, Bulus Ishaya Bayei, said all the voting materials arrived on time but they have not started as of 11:00am due to a bad network.

Matsirga Polling Unit is close to Madakiya, the polling unit of the PDP Senatorial candidate, Sunday Marshal Katung.
