#NigeriaDecides2023: Video: Reactions Trail Late Arrival Of Electoral Materials In Cross River

Reports from Cross Rivers State reveal that the distribution of materials to various polling units is yet to start.

Naija News reports that electorates in the state have taken to the micro-blogging platform, Twitter to complain about the late arrival of the materials.

As of about 9 am on Saturday, no sight of material was seen at the INEC office in the state.

some Twitter users said @Ugez2Ehe! “Plan might be for them to come late and wear the people out by waiting”

@Alfredgodwill said “Just coming from my pu, no material available, no inec staff. Are u really sure this election is holding today???”

@Henreze12 said “And what is keeping them.”

However, this platform earlier reported that the commission pledged to arrive promptly for the commencement of the election today.

The INEC said it had perfected its logistics arrangement and so officials and electoral material would arrive on time at various polling units.
