#NigeriaDecides2023: Peter Obi Floors Tinubu, Atiku With Wide Margin In Edo

The Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate, Peter Obi, is gradually coasting to a landslide victory in Edo State.

Naija News reports that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has released results of Saturday’s presidential and national assembly elections in some of the local government areas of Edo State with Peter Obi in a clear lead of All Progressives Congress (APC) flagbearer, Bola Tinubu and Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

Results from nine LGAs announced at the time of this report show the former governor of Anambra State has won eight with wide margins.

Peter Obi is closely followed by Bola Tinubu, who won in Owan West local government area.

Collation of the remaining nine local government areas is ongoing and the declared results are as follows:
