Full List: Winners Of Lagos Senatorial, House Of Reps Elections

The ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) emerged victorious in the Senatorial and House of Representatives elections in Lagos State.

Naija News reports that the ruling party won the three Senatorial seats and also clinched 20 of the 24 House of Representatives seats in Nigeria’s commercial center.

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has announced that former Deputy Governor, Idiat Adebule, won the Lagos west senatorial election.

Adebule, the APC candidate polled 361,296 votes to defeat Segun Adewale of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), who scored 248,653 votes.

In the Lagos East Senatorial election, Tokunbo Abiru of the APC polled 178,646 votes to defeat Nicholas Adekunle of the PDP candidate, who garnered 80,249 votes.

While the Lagos Deputy Speaker, Wasiu Eshinlokun-Sanni defeated PDP’s Gomez Adewale Francis to clinch the Lagos Central Senatorial District.

However, the Labour Party (LP) won three House of Representative seats and PDP managed to win one seat in Lagos.
