The Returning Officer of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for the governorship in Rivers State, Professor Akpofure Rim-Ruke has declared Collation close on Sunday evening to be resumed on Monday morning.

The governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Rivers State, Sir Siminialayi Fubara has won 17 Local Government Areas, LGAs, in the March 18 governorship election.
