Shehu Sani Pays Tribute To Military Officers Killed By Terrorists In Abuja Last Year
Former Kaduna Central lawmaker, Senator Shehu Sani, has paid tribute to military officers who were killed by terrorists during an attempted attack on Nigerian Law School in Bwari, Abuja.
Naija News recalls that the late officers namely Captain Samuel Attah, Lt Col Suleiman and others killed were men of the 7 Brigade of Guards in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
It was gathered that the officers were ambushed and killed by terrorists when they answered a distress call from the Law School in 2022.
Taking to his Twitter page on Wednesday morning, Sani asked Nigerians to take their time to appreciate the courage and sacrifice of the late military officers.
The former lawmaker, therefore, prayed that their souls rest in peace.
He wrote: “ONE YEAR REMEMBRANCE:
Captain Samuel Attah, Lt Col Suleiman and others; These Officers and men of the 7 Brigade of Guards answered a distress call from the NIGERIAN LAW SCHOOL Bwari, Abuja and on their way back, they were ambushed by terrorists and killed.
“Spare your time to appreciate their courage and sacrifice. May their souls rest in peace. Amin.”
