Super Falcons captain, Asisat Oshoala, has described Nigeria as the best country in the world.

Naija News reports that Oshoala made this known after Nigeria defeated Australia, the host country, 3-2 in the FIFA Women’s World Cup tournament on Thursday in the Suncorp Stadium.

Speaking during an interview after she scored to lead the team to a 3-2 win over Australia on Thursday, Oshola said she gives her best at every tournament and fights for Nigeria.

She said, “Each tournament I go to, I want to make sure I give everything, fight for my teammates and fight for this badge, you know. This is the best country in the world”
