Ambode’s Former SA, Fela Bank-Olemoh Gets Top Appointment

A former special adviser on education to ex-governor of Lagos State Akinwunmi Ambode, Fela Bank-Olemoh has been appointed Team head at a Lagos-based Training and Research Centre.
Bank-Olemoh was also a senior special assistant (SSA) to ex-President Muhammadu Buhari on education interventions from 2019 to 2023.
The firm said in a statement on Thursday said that Bank-Olemoh’s transition marks a shift in the career of an accomplished individual whose dedication to human capacity development has earned him widespread recognition.
The firm stressed that Bank-Olemoh is expected to drive future innovations at the center.
The statement reads: “Bank-Olemoh’s journey in the IT industry began in October 1998 when he kicked off his career as a graduate trainee at SystemSpecs Limited, a foremost financial technology and human resources solutions provider.
“In his time there, he made significant strides in the company, climbing the ranks to ultimately hold the position of senior manager (International Sales).
“In 2003, he resigned from SystemSpecs Ltd. and co-founded MediaVision Ltd. He led the company as the chief executive officer until 2015 when he was appointed special adviser on education to the governor of Lagos state.”
