Napoli’s official statement reads: “We’re denying any report on the Italian media about releasing kids toy ‘Cicciobello Bomber’ inspired by Victor Osimhen in Napoli shirt”.

“That product was not authorized by the club — we will settle this issue in court”.

This is coming after Napoli took to their TikTok official page in September to mock the 24-year-old Nigeria international with two separate videos for missing a penalty.

After the incident, Victor Osimhen’s agent Roberto Calenda threatened to sue the club for mocking his client and Osimhen was captured snubbing some of his teammates.

However, the scandal has been settled as Napoli had issued a statement to announce that they didn’t intend to mock their talisman. Osimhen also released a statement to announce that he is committed to the 2022-2023 Italian Serie A champions.

At the time of publishing this report, Osimhen and his agent are yet to react to the release of the funny-looking “Cicciobello Bomber” inspired by the Nigeria international.
