Nigerians React As Terry G Calls Out APC FOR Refusing To Pay Him For Working For The Party During Election Campaign

Nigerians have continued to react as veteran Nigerian singer, Gabriel Oche Amanyi, popularly known as Terry G has revealed that the All Progressives Congress (APC) is still owing him for his performance at their campaign activities in the 2023 general election.

Naija News reports that Terry G had in a now viral video, Terry G alleged that some members of the ruling party were withholding his payment which has already been released by President Bola Tinubu.

The apako crooner in the now-viral video lamented that after travelling round the nation with the campaign train of the All Progressives Congress, some elements of the party were still withholding payment for the services he rendered during the campaign.

However, netizens have expressed their diverse views on the development, with many suggesting that it might be quite impossible for the singer to get paid for the services he rendered.

Reacting to the singers outcry, Tolu Daniel wrote “People sçam their way into power, bold of you to think that you’ve not been scammed. Them don knack you akpako.”

On his part, @official_adags accused the singer of being a part of the problems that the country was currently facing.

“Continue calling your same APC people, Una join people wen put us for the hardship wen we dey go through today so fíght your fíght by yourself,” he wrote.

Asking the APC government to pay the singer @blvckboyofph wrote  “Abeg o APC should better pay him his money. A laborer is worthy of his reward.”

On his part, Lexy wrote”Who sent you to campaign for them? You still come do am for free.”

Cute Morii advised Terry G to be mindful of what he says, warning that he could get locked up.

“Then go still lock you up. Ontop ur money if u do to much,” she wrote.

Calling on the APC government to pay the singer Ibeh Emmanuel wrote “As PO said. Musicians and Actors/ Actresses are entertainers, looking for their daily bread. They will campaign for Hush Puppy if he pays well and wants to run for Gov. Dear APC, please pay a man that has worked hard.”

@lumilionrez advised Terry G to reach out to the president if he wish to get redress.

On his part, @PatoEner suggested that the singer would not get paid since election was over.
