Watch Moment Mojisola Metanda Takes Over From Obasa As Lagos Assembly Speaker

Hon. Mojisola Metanda was on Monday sworn-in as the new Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly.

Naija News reports that she took over the position after the impeachment of Mudashiru Obasa.

It was gathered that Obasa was impeached on Monday for gross misconduct and abuse of office.

According to the report online, the lawmaker representing Apapa Constituency I in the Lagos House of Assembly, Hon. Moji Ojora, was the Deputy Speaker of the House.
