Andrea Roth started her acting career in 1988 when she appeared in the drama television series titled Alfred Hitchcock Presents and in 1989 she made her film debut when she appeared in the film titled Stage Fright. Later, she acted in other films and television series, including the Canadian horror film titled The Club as well as Robocop: The Series in 1994.

However, she had her breakthrough in 2004 when she joined the cast of the reality series titled Save Me. She played the role of Janet Gavin on the show from 2004 to 2011, she appeared in Jet Li’s action film War in 2007 and was featured in Blue Bloods and Ringtone
