BIOGRAPHY
Born in Saint Louis, Missouri, Annie Wersching began her career in front of the cameras in 2001, in an episode of the series Star Trek: Enterprise . Appearing in dozens of TV series since the start of her career, such as The Vampire Diaries , Extant , Harry Bosch and The Rookie , the turning point came with the series 24h Chrono , in which she played FBI agent Renee Walker in seasons 7 and 8 lasting 37 episodes. Formidable, she was admired by Bauer who began an affair with her, before being (once again…) devastated by her death.

Players around the world also discovered her in Naughty Dog’s game The Last of Us , where she lent her voice to the character of Tess, played by actress Anna Torv in the series broadcast on HBO / Prime Video. The actress had not only lent her voice to the character; she had also been asked to perform performance capture on the game.

Annie Wersching died on January 29, 2023, following cancer diagnosed in the summer of 2020. She was 45 years old.
