BIOGRAPHY
Daughter of Michel Fournier , cinematographer of Philippe Garrel , Aure Atika made her first appearance on screen at age 9 in L’Adolescente by Jeanne Moreau . Following training courses (law, Ecole du Louvre) and odd jobs, she was spotted, thanks to a Polaroid, by a casting agency who sent her for trials. This is how she landed the leading role in 1992 in Sam suffices by Virginie Thévenet . Enrolled in Blanche Salant’s comedy class and Florent’s free sessions, she was tempted by the media adventure and created a magazine, Au Random du Courier , before hosting the trendy show Nova on Paris Première .

In 1997, Aure Atika’s career took off thanks to La Vérité si je mens! , in which she plays the wife of Vincent Elbaz – she will be, four years later, starring in the sequel to this successful film. RMist in Long live the Republic! de Rochant , the actress with her frank gaze and charming smile seems to be moving towards comedy ( Grève-party , Bimboland ). Also in 2001, the warm character of Nassera in La Faute à Voltaire , Abdellatif Kechiche ‘s first feature film , allowed him to reveal other facets of his talent.

The actress then navigates between arthouse cinema ( Beat my heart stopped by Audiard in 2005, or Tenja , which sees her leave for Morocco, the land of her ancestors) and works for the general public, action films ( The Conveyor ) to the comedy of manners ( How beautiful you are! ) through the spy film parody ( OSS 117, Cairo nest of spies in 2006). Oscillating between darkness ( Bad Wind , Fear(s) of the Dark ) and lightness ( The Artist’s Life , 48 Hours a Day ), this eclectic actress took her first steps behind the camera in 2003, by signing the ironic short film A what’s the point of voting green? .

These last few years have been prolific for the actress who played opposite Guillaume Depardieu in Versailles , then Vincent Lindon and Sandrine Kiberlain in Mademoiselle Chambon , after directing her second short film: Lovein 2007. In 2010, she played alongside Isabelle Huppert in Copacabana , her third film under the direction of Marc Fitoussi , then went to breathe the pure air of the countryside in Le Skylab by Julie Delpy .

In 2012, we found her on the poster for La Vérité si je mens! 3 by Thomas Gilou , the highly anticipated final part of the trilogy where she once again plays opposite her screen companion, Vincent Elbaz . This same year, therefore starting in a very intense way for her, Aure Atika is also present in JC Comme Jésus Christ by Jonathan Zaccaï , alongside Kad Merad and the young Vincent Lacoste , and in the second film directed by actress Sylvie Testud : The Life of Another , with Juliette Binoche and Mathieu Kassovitz .

Starring in the dramas Nesma and 2 temps, 3 movements , the actress seems to favor comedy, as evidenced by her performances in Mistral Notice , Everything to be Happy , One in the Other and 10 Days Without Mom , where she plays the wife of Franck Dubosc who has difficulty taking care of his four children alone. Given the success of the film, a sequel will be released in 2023, titled 10 Days Again Without Mom . At the same time, she appeared in the series Pour Sarah , Les Bracelets Rouges and A Man of Honor .

In 2022, Aure Atika returns to drama by playing a prostitute alongside Ana Girardot in La Maison .
