BIOGRAPHY
Brittany Perry-Russell is a Texas native whose career began as a professional dancer, appearing alongside A-list artists such as Beyonce, Rhianna, Chris Brown, Nick Jonas, Meghan Trainor, Katy Perry and, recently, alongside Cardi B, Janel Monet and Kanye West. In 2011 she made the transition from lead dancer to actress when she landed a lead role in the film Honey 2 . She was later cast in the Will Ferrell comedy Crazy for Votes (2012). On television she guest starred on Grey’s Anatomy , Crazy Ex Girlfriend and Fresh Off the Boat . In 2017, Perry-Russell appeared alongside Derek Luke in 13 Reasons Why for Netflix, where she had a recurring role in its second season. She recently participated in some episodes of the second season of the new hit Netflix show Family Reunion , alongside Loretta Divine, Tia Mowry and her son Isaiah Russell-Bailey.
